Well lets start with the biggest watch I've found, the Zeno Super-Oversized from Zeno. It has a whopping 55.5 mm / 2.19 inch face. You can get it from Amazon. The Super Oversized is available in either windup or automatic.
Zeno have plenty of other oversized watches including the 'Oversize' range with a 47.5mm face. Nice looking watches!
