Hamilton Sunset and Twilight

The Hamilton Sunset and Twilight is 44mm watch with an unpublished GMT feature. Their web site doesn't have any instruction manuals, so I cannot see how the feature works, other than somehow through the latitude and longitude markings.

A curious thing is that they promote themselves are "the American brand since 1892" but also say their watches have a Swiss movement.
