All the GMT and dual time, even triple time zone watches I've found so far do not have a great deal of flexibility about setting the exact local or remote time. India is 30 minutes difference, while Nepal has 45 minutes, or 15 depending on your point of view.
The Parmigiani Kalpa Hemispheres solves this world travel / cross timezone worker problem by decoupling the second time zone from the primary. So you can set the second timezone any amount of hours and minites different.
Handily it make my list by virtue of a 42mm case.
